Conceptualization of smart-philosophy as a post-modern project of non-linear pattern development of the XXI century

The aim of the study is to analyze smart-philosophy, which refers priority research based on new interaction between man and society. methodological basis synergetic approach, in context realities are “smart” with innovative potential. informational approach analysis society synergetic, nonlinear methodology, applicable global transformation’s characteristic autoreflexive societies high complexity. It also uses methods for measuring “smart society” - anthropological socio-axiological, people, education, movement towards “society innovation” knowledge. concluded that breakthrough system information communication technologies has determined profound meaningful changes all spheres social activity, theoretical autoreflexion modernity its dominant direction. result conceptualization smart-philosophy XXI century as highest stage civilizational development mankind.
